If you booked a stay remotely, you can withdraw within the legal deadline.

This is a translation for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Deadline
Argentina: 10 calendar days from the contract (art. 34 of Law No. 24,240 and art. 1110 of the Civil and Commercial Code). Uruguay: 5 business days from the contract (art. 16 of Law No. 17,250).
How to request it
Write to us on WhatsApp at +54 9 2302 467206 with the word "Withdrawal" and include:
- Your full name.
- The property and the booked dates.
- The date you made the booking or payment.
Within 24 hours we send you, through the same channel, an identification code for your request.
Free of charge
Withdrawing within the legal deadline has no cost or penalty for you.
