It is an informational site presenting properties for short-term stays in Punta del Este and surroundings. No bookings or payments are made on the site: enquiries and bookings are handled on WhatsApp or Instagram.

The properties shown belong to third parties (owners or their managers). Descriptions, photos, floor areas and other details are indicative and may come from those third parties. Availability, price, capacity, included services and the conditions of each stay are confirmed in writing before any payment; if they differ from what is published, the written confirmation prevails.

A booking is confirmed only when you accept in writing the conditions stated for that stay (price, payment method, deposit or advance, security deposit and cancellation and refund policy) and the corresponding payment is made. See Bookings, cancellations and refunds.

You may use the site to find information and contact us. You may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes, attempt to breach its security or use it for unlawful purposes.

Uruguay: Law No. 17,250 lets you rescind a contract made outside business premises, including by electronic means, within 5 business days.
