The site has no forms, does not ask you to sign up and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We only handle:

• The data you send us when you write on WhatsApp or Instagram: for example your name, phone number or username, dates, number of guests and the content of your messages.
• Technical data generated by visiting any website (IP address, browser type, date and time), logged by the site’s hosting provider for security and operation.

• Answering your questions about availability and conditions of the properties.
• Managing the booking, if you decide to go ahead.
• Meeting legal, accounting or tax obligations.

We do not send you advertising without your consent, we do not sell your data and we do not use it for profiling.

We process your data because you give it to us voluntarily when you contact us (consent) and because it is necessary to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, for the booking you request. You can stop writing to us and ask us to delete your data at any time.

• If you go ahead with a booking, the owner or manager of the chosen property, only with the data needed to manage it (for example name, dates and number of guests).
• The technology providers that run the site and our contact channels: Vercel Inc. (hosting), OpenFreeMap (interactive map: your browser connects to its servers to load it) and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and Instagram, when you choose to contact us that way).
• Authorities, when required by law or court order.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. We only work with providers that apply appropriate security measures.

We keep your data as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if a booking is made, for the periods required by legal, accounting and tax obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.

You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to us on WhatsApp at +54 9 2302 467206. We reply within the legal deadlines.

Argentina: data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, under article 14(3) of Law No. 25,326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints about breaches of data protection rules: argentina.gob.ar/aaip.

Uruguay: you may exercise your rights under Law No. 18,331 and file complaints with the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP): gub.uy/unidad-reguladora-control-datos-personales.

The site is always served over an encrypted connection (https). We apply reasonable measures to protect the data we receive, although no system is completely infallible.

The site and bookings are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
